Jocelyn Toledo
Jocelyn Toledo has been an Administrative Assistant with Chand & Company Law Corporation since 2018. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Law and Society at the University of British Columbia, and she is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law. Jocelyn has a wealth of experience in the legal field, ranging from her work with the Access Pro Bono Tribunals Program, to her work with a boutique commercial and securities litigation firm, and finally, to her work at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Coming from an immigrant family herself, Jocelyn is a strong advocate for equal access to justice for all immigrants, and she thoroughly enjoys working with newcomers to Canada looking to work, study, live and settle in Canada. She values working with people in need of protection looking for a better life in Canada.
