Associate Lawyer
Shepherd Moss is an associate lawyer with Chand & Company Law Corporation. His primary areas of practice are Refugee Law and Human Rights Law. He is a graduate of McGill University and the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law. He was called to the bar in 2006, and he has been focused on assisting asylum seekers from around the world seek refuge in Canada. Shepherd has a great deal of experience representing clients at all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. He has also given numerous presentations at local and national continuing legal education conferences.
